S7 SM-G930L no conference call option

Hey
since I got the phone in korea 6 months ago I canot make 3-way phone calls.
I can only swap calls , not able to merge them.

The phone is updated, but the korean version is still on it.

would do anything to fix it.
Maybe it has something to do with roaming\lte\4g etc.
