S7 Vibrate - incoming calls

Hi

I have my phone set to vibrate but underneath is an option for phone to vibrate for calls but it is 'greyed' out. How do I select this? Have tried looking for the answer with no luck



I have attached a screen shot if not clear.

Thank you for your reply. When my phone is on vibrate mode and I receive a call it does not vibrate though?

It's my understanding the toggle only works to turn vibrate on/off if sound is enabled. If you enable sound can you toggle it on/off and see if it vibrates?

Check vibration intensity and ensure that's turned up.

Something might have simply glitched in the software as well, I would try wiping the cache partition.

yes if I enable sound it allows be to select if. On vibrate and mute it does not. I understand mute you wouldn't want it to vibrate, but I would like it to on the vibrate setting.

Vibrate intensity is on full.

Can you advise me on how to wipe the cache partition?
