There are a few other posts out here on this forum reporting similar. As a former wireless network engineer it sounds as though the BT is causing some interference on the 2.4 GHz band - it shouldn't though. There are a couple of options to look at other than Samsung fixing the problem if it is BT interference (I've done surveys where BT absolutely kills wifi).
1) If you have a 5 GHz (dual band) radio available, that is easiest. BT operates in the same frequencies as 2.4 GHz wifi.
2) If no options for 5 GHz, look at changing the channel on the wireless antenna. Often times these are set to auto - which is typically very bad, it doesn't pick a good frequency to use. Set it channels 1, 6, or 11 and test each of those out.
