Android and its services have the ID of 1000. Anything like the OP's number is an installed app, likely one he recently uninstalled.

Alanhd Well-known member Mar 2, 2016 621 1 0 May 13, 2016 #6 I had the same. It's an app that was deleted. It should clear on next charge cycle.
