S8 and S8 + Camera Resolution Settings.. which one is the best?

There are all these resolutions for the main camera on the back of the phone. Mine shows 4:3 standard. There is like 8 of them. Which one should I always keep it on?

I second this question - I do wonder what would allow the pictures to be best viewed on: 1) TVs/desktops and 2) other phones. For TVs, I guess 18.5:9 and for other smartphones 16:9?

I guess 16:9 is the most universal?
