S8+ Battery charges up to 99%, stops for a few seconds, then restarts charging to 100%

Hi guys, got my S8+ 2 days ago. Phone works fine but when I charge it I've noticed/heard the notification, of when you plug in the charger, go off. When I've checked the Phone, when its happened, it's at 99% and then proceeds to 100%.... its happened every single time I've charged the phone. Just wondering if anyone has encountered the same issue?
