S8 became unresponsive after update.

I unfortunately updated my s8 3 days ago. Since then it has been lagging,freezing and does not respond to my touch in the top part of the phone. I factory reset the phone and still no change. When I tried using the phone while charging yesterday everything was working normally again so i do not think it is an issue with the screen. What should I do?

Put your phone into Safe mode and see if the problem persists. If yes, you may need to reinstall the os. If it is working fine, then you have apps which are not properly updated yet. Good luck!
