S8 Camera Bug in Low Light

Whenever I am in a low light setting facing a street light or similar a very small light speck shows up in my photos away from the light source. Does anyone know if this is normal or an actual defect? Takes great pictures any other time. I am unable to post a link to Imgur in this comment but I do have examples. Edit: I think I figured out how to attach photos here. Edit 2: It does this on the front and rear camera as well.

Might be lens flare, but the second picture looks bad! That looks like a puddle or plastic cap (unless the wrong thing is circled). When you do flash pics outdoors you might see dust specs bounce off the light in your picture, but I don't think this is the case because the light source is not coming from your camera.

Not a lens defect or dead pixel either or it would be in the same spot all the time. But it might be dust on the lens or something that causes and exaggerated flare effect with the longer exposure time for low-light photography.

It's extremely annoying. I don't think I'll be taking pictures in this situation often but still shouldn't happen. I forgot to mention it does this on the front camera too. Does that ring any bells for you? I've searched the internet but I don't see many s8 camera problems.

If it's a lens flare, there's not much you can do and it's not a 'defect', that's just how light reflects on lenses. I haven't seen any weird defects or artifacts on my low-light pictures, at least not ones that look like a hole in the picture like your second one.
