S8 email outbox message but no email

[Android Central Question]

I have updated the email app on my S8 I keep getting a message that there is emails unsent in my outbox but there is nothing there. I have no highlighted options to edit or send.
I have tried flight mode and does not work I have cleared the cache and still no change

Welcome to Android Central! You could try removing that email account from the email app, then add it back again.
