S8, or wait for the Note 8?

So - the S8 will be in all of our hands shortly. The big question is. Pick up the S8, or wait for the Note 8?

I wonder the same. I love the note phones.and now the s8 is bigger than any past note. I can't help but wonder what the next note will be.

It's not that big. Go see one in person, and you'll see that they maximized screen size, but kept the footprint of the phone still small

I just left Target and held both the S8 and S8+ - too skinny for me. The display is gorgeous though - I'm waiting for the Note... been through a Note 4, two Note 5s (1 with Verizon and 1 with AT&T) then two Note 7s (Original and Replacement)! The Note 7 was the best phone I ever owned, I never had an issue with either one (not to say that I wouldn't have) but if Samsung could have fixed the issue, I'd still be using it today! Meanwhile, I'm running my 4000 mAh S7 Active to carry me to this fall when the Note 8 arrives! Can't wait... and if Samsung screws it up, I hear they're making an S8 Active for me to fall back on!!! :-)

If I could afford both, I would get the S8+ and the Note 8. Since I can't, I will wait for the Note 8ツ

How many S8 or Note 8 threads do we need? People bother to use the search button anymore?

Having T-Mobile Jump on Demand, I can upgrade 3 times a year. So I got the S8 and plan to get the Note 8

Note 8. The 8+ is tempting but no pen. And I want to see what Samsung does with the Note. Hoping they figure the fingerprint in the screen out, and maybe a dual camera. Still miss the Note 7.

I got the S8 on JOD and will definitely get the Note8 when it comes out. I'll keep that one for a full year.
The S8+ was not worthy of an extra $130 down payment for the short term. However, I would have loved to have the S8+ instead of the S8. It's harder to type on. Something I will have to get used to. Otherwise, seems like a great temporary phone.

I'm really interested in a possible dual camera. Every dual setup I've seen on recent phones shows just how much one can do.

That orchid grey S8+ is beautiful though. Must....hold....out.

I've made up my mind that I am only interested in a phone that features portrait mode donning the dual camera setup. Sure the Iphone 7plus does it, but I want to stick with Android. The Xiaomi Mi6 does it, and the P10 does it, so I expect to see it on the Pixel 2 and Note 8
