s8 plus not wireless charging

Suddenly by s8+ won t charge on the Samsung charging pad and only way I can charge is to plug it in. Any ideas?

Mine is pretty much the same,it may charge for a minute then stop. It's upsetting, I'm having it replaced Thur

this'll probably something you've already checked, but do you have a new case?
this is my first phone with wireless charging and it didn't occur to me. I returned both my Samsung charger and the wallet case to bb, where I got my phone.
I've since got third party wireless charger on Amazon and a simple case.

The case is the same. I actually put a different plug on it and it worked. it is only a month old.

My wireless charging stand would constantly cause a pop up on the s8 and s8 Plus "wireless charging paused" and would refuse to charge. Then I tried a different USB cable but it was the same so I tried a different plug (old iPad charger) and that was what made the difference and it's been fine since. Obviously needed higher amperage
