S8 Pre-order Promos?

Any speculation as to what pre-order promos will be offered by Samsung/carriers? In the past, they've offered a free year of Netflix amongst other things.

I love the free Google Home that is being offered with the LG G6. Would be great to have a similar offer with the S8, but I'm guessing with Bixby AI, the possibility of samsung allowing a competitor AI device is close to zero.

Yeah i am not hopeful for the Google Home since LG is doing it only because they are one of the first major OEMs to put assistant on their device. I think Bixby killed that promo possibility.

I could maybe see the free TV in a stretch but still unlikely. I think realistically we're going to see the Gear VR offer again, MicroSD Card, or maybe Netflix or Spotify or something subscription like that.

Personally, I would like to see the MicroSD card and Spotify combo. I also hope that VZW does an upgrade early promo for "older" flagships like the G5, S7/Edge, Pixel/XL, etc. I am not due until probably the S9 next year

After reading about The DeX Station this morning, I'm hoping samsung throws one in for pre-orders. At an estimated $161, it would definitely encourage people to pre-order!

IIRC, Note 7 was the fitness band and a memory card...S7 Edge was a few goodies as well. Maybe they clear out inventory of the Gear S2?

Bluetooth headphones would be nice. Start getting people ready for when they actually removed the headphones jack.
They need to change it up from the memory card promotions. You can only have so many.
It reminds me of the Free televisions when you buy furniture. Who needs 8 televisions??

Weren't people who got a S7/S7 edge as a result of the N7 hassle supposed to get some kind of discount? Any how, I know this is probably reaching for the stars but I hope Samsung considers the Google home. I believe that (at the time) the 256 sd card they offered was worth more than Google home now. Also, bluetooth headphones as Nakorhtap mentioned would be nice.

Lols, TV is way better than get 256 GB from buying a phone. I mean what you can expect?
But I hope it wont be microSD. Bluetooth headphone or maybe wireless charger, or something. Samsung really kind to give people some gifts, even after they use the phone, they can get promo code or things from Samsung Gift.

IF the Snapdragon 835 actually comes with a good DAC, I would love some bluetooth headphones. Gear VR is probably a given as it an SD Card. The SD Card will probably only be 64GB when 256GB is what we will want. When I got my S7E last year, I got a free S2 LTE from ATT and had to cancel the pre-order but got to keep the watch and pre-ordered with Best Buy and got a SD Card and Wireless Quick Charger in place of the VR. So for me, either the DeX station or good bluetooth headphones would be tops on my list...

Maybe is to early, but I agree, the GearVR should come as part of the launch, not sure about anything else, I also think it will depend of the regions.

I do love what LG is doing with the Tv promo. But honestly that's only so they can get people to commit to that phone. I'm sticking with the GS8 I've seen many reviews where the phones colors and icons just dont do it for me. I like what Samsung has done with Touch wiz on Android 7.0
