My S8 suddenly was not getting the data sign i.e 3G or H+. When I started checking, the whole of the network operation including calls and texts were not working. I tried to restart the device but it did not help. I went to settings>connections>mobile networks and tried to select mobile operator manually but it gave an 'error while searching for network' message. I removed the SIM and restarted the device. After the restart the device shows full bar of network even though the SIM is not there. I even did the reset network settings but still it shows the full bar of network on the connection icon. How do I resolve this issue without doing a factory reset?
