Where are you and what carrier are you on. Also where did you buy the phone and is it carrier brandedI was at work and made a few call, left work and during the my ride on train the phone shut off and is now in boot loop.
I tried the Safe Mode but nothing happened.
Any other suggestions?
In NYC, bought it at Best Buy for Verizon - carrier branded
Went to the best buy store. Samsung rep tried to troubleshoot but she didn't have any software to troubleshoot with. So ended up exchanging it with best buy.
Writing with the new one. Wish there was a way to restore the screen layout
