S8 stuck in Boot loop

I was at work and made a few call, left work and during the my ride on train the phone shut off and is now in boot loop.

I tried the Safe Mode but nothing happened.

Any other suggestions?
 
With such a new decice, if you cannot access via safe mode I would take it back and exchange the phone.

Where are you and what carrier are you on. Also where did you buy the phone and is it carrier branded
 
That is awful, I'm so sorry. As others have said,return your phone as soon as possible and request a replacement. Keep us updated on what's happening!
 
Went to the best buy store. Samsung rep tried to troubleshoot but she didn't have any software to troubleshoot with. So ended up exchanging it with best buy.

Writing with the new one. Wish there was a way to restore the screen layout

That's terrible. Very sorry to hear you're having trouble with your S8. Hope you're new device works great for you!
