S8 Talk to text stops working after update.

So ever since the update I keep losing my talk-to-text functionality. It doesn't work in my messages or my Google. I have gone into my settings and turned off the Samsung voice but this only keeps it working for a little while and then for some reason it stops all together. When I reset the phone I get my talk-to-text back but then I lose it at some point during the day. I did not have this trouble at all before the update, does anyone know how to fix it.

I use the textra message app and Swype keyboard.

Did you try retraining your voice in the Google app settings? That worked for me.
