S8 vs LG V20

Hello, just wanted to know if anyone here has gone from an LG V20 to an S8, like I am doing right now. I received it technically for free, and it will arrive here on Friday. It's also in the Orchid Gray color, the one I really wanted. So, if anyone has gone from the V20 to the S8, how is it? How's the battery life and performance in comparison? Thanks

Agree, I have both and my S8 plus is so much better. Not that the V 20 is a bad phone because it isn't. It's just not on the same level as S8

I went from the v20 (still have it actually since it doesn't look like there will be anything close to it made anymore) to the s8 and I like the s8 better because of the screen ratio, Samsung pay, samoled display, better battery life, and better cell reception.

Thank you all, much appreciated. I think my only 2 concerns are battery life and phone size. I don't want it to be much smaller than the V20. I also want decent battery life, but it looks like it is better than my V20.
