S9 - Verizon- Camera freezes after a couple of pictures. Phone is inoperable for 5 minutes. Message then indicates camera has stopped. Samsung support directs me to clear cache. No impact. Samsung support then says uninstall recent apps. No impact. Now they say to conduct a refresh of the OS. Haven't done that yet fearing loss of data.
Seems like the OS update should improve the system, not create problems.
