S9 notification volume always stays on silent after turning off bluetooth

Not sure whats going on but my S9+'s notification volume always stays silent after I turn off bluetooth. Anyone have a solution for this?

I think more information about the scenario is needed. Was it silent before you turned on Bluetooth and you increased the volume while bt was connected?
