[Android Central Question]

I try to do the power button. vol button but am successful about 50%. If I follow on line methods I just wind up with the restart screen.
Isnt there a better way? It seems so easy...but its not.

Don't hold it. Just tap volume down + power simultaneously. Works for me every time. If you're using Edge Panel, you can also enable panel with Capture shortcuts. Works great too.

Can also enable your palm to swipe or in accessibility have a floating window on home screen to tap and take screen shot.

Welcome to Android Central! It can be tricky sometimes -- both buttons have to be pressed at exactly the same time, for about a second. If nothing happens after a second, then you probably didn't press them at the same time.
