s9plus screen scratches.

So I have been using my s9plus for 2 weeks now and without a protector. It was working well for me but yesterday I got some minor scratches(very very minor. Cant even see ) . And now I am thinking about getting the whitestone protector. But the main issue is the installation. I don't want to screw up 50$. I am really confused rn :((

There are cheaper options with full adhesive, if cost is an issue. I got a two pack for $18, or $9 a pop. They aren't as good as white stone though, but good enough for me

I didn't believe that the otao are full adhesive?

Well, I haven't received it yet. ;) But not positive either way. I admit I may not have fully focused on the conditions of what you were looking at. You know, posting from phones encourages overly quick posts. ;)

But I have no patience for bubble erasure.

Then the edge adhesive ones are a better choice but the full adhesive will have better touch sensitivity.

well, I have it installed now. I think it's very good. I have not seen any issues with touch sensitivity. For awhile, I didn't even bother to increase touch sensitivity until I found some small issues in the upper right hand corner--where the gear icon is for settings, which is almost near the curve/edge. I increased the touch sensitivity in settings. No issues at all. Seems no different now than pre-installation.

Some general observations for anyone thinking of it:

a) easy to install thanks to that faux case they give, but I'd recommend lining it up from the top, not the bottom (as they say).
b) in the other thread where this was mentioned, someone trashed it, saying there was a "pattern" you could see in certain light. That's true to some extent--but it's mostly only an issue when the phone is off. And it's not much of an issue then, either--you really have to be looking for it or tilting it to see it. I.e., very minor thing and does not get in the way of business. Probably would never have mentioned to someone if I hadn't seen the critique in the other thread.
c) seems solid. Doesn't quite cover every last millimeter, but comes close.
d) No bubbles, first time, every time. Best experience I've had with a s.p. ever in that regard.

Screen protectors are my personal nemesis. It's way too easy to get obsessed. In general, I like this a lot.
