sad on verizons part

I get a 25% discount for VZ accessories through my company and I still order most stuff online from other sites!!
 
I am at work and my son called to say the phone is in.. I called my local verizon store to see if they have any cases for sale yet for this phone., girl stated no and they didnt know when the phone was being released. I said I preordered my phone and it just came in today and verizon has annouced directly that phoen will be avaiable on july 9th. so how is it that verizon employees still dont have a clue.. My concern is when I go home and If I have an issue activating how the hell are they suppose to help.

You would call the local store if you had problems activating? I just call the toll free customer service number, they have people trained to follow the computer prompts (ie. tech support) to tell you what to do. The store has salesman that can tell you why the most expensive case they have in stock is the best one, and you need to buy it or risk destroying your phone when you step out the door.
 
This happens alot that they know nothing and have no accessories until the phone is available in store.
 
it just boggles my mind that preordering my phone on 06/10 and I'm watching tons of people who ordered AFTER me, and they have received their phones and already playing with them. In the meantime, I havnt even been charged yet.

Verizon just sucks, didnt think so before, but I feel this way now. :mad:
 
Ahhh...first world problems. I just checked my shipping info...my phone is in PA somewhere, will get here Monday instead of Thursday. I'm OK with that!
