Safe Mode! Whats the problem?

Ok...so I go into the grocery store and everything looked like it was supposed to...using the go launcher...I come out and look at it again...back to the touchwiz stock screen...and says safe mode at the bottom..I would like to know what causes this so I can prevent it from happening again...and also how to get it off of safe mode

if you're on a custom rom, could be a bad install. try reflashing. if on stock, could be a new app borking it. i've never seen safe mode but i'd assume rebooting the phone would be fine? (haha have you tried turning it off and on again -IT Crowd)

It just needed to be rebooted...never figured out what caused it tho...its been working fine now tho...thanks!

have any of you figured out why it entered safe mode on its own? Because mine just did and i want to know what caused it.
