Safe mode?

I've never had this happen to me before: this morning when I opened up my prime, there was a gray box at the bottom left corner with the words "Safe Mode" in lighter gray lettering. My gmail was open, with a new message automatically composed and waiting to be sent. The subject was something about "auto bug report". Attached were two files, one was a screenshot of my homescreen, and one was an extremely long bug report, including whether my bootloader was unlocked (the answer was apparently "unknown"), my kernel version, and software version (and that was the first 40 lines alone, this thing was massively long). I rebooted and the safe mode text disappeared. Before the reboot, the prime seemed to be working fine, and I couldn't figure out what exactly had triggered the issue. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Wow, that's really weird. No, never experienced that before. I assume shutdown prior to this was successful/normal?

I didn't shut it down beforehand

Yea, but, do you remember holding down any buttons while booting before that happened? I'm not sure what the key combination is, but, I would think it'd be tough to do by accident.

I'm thinking that happened while in my bag.
