On my lunch break I dropped off the note 9 at UPS using my return label from Sprint. It was a great phone, would be a great backup phone, but it did need to return it and I was fine with that. I am absolutely loving the Note 10 plus.

My Note 9 is now serving my eldest son.

He's coming from an iPhone and loves the Note 9.

So x2 wins in my eyes..

1. Kept the Note 9 in the family.

2. Converted him to Samsung.

;)

Keeping mine as a backup device. Never know if I may need it. I still have my Note 8 also.

I myself wouldn't sacrifice a $600 trade-in credit for the sake of a backup that I'll probably never need. I have a Note5 as a backup, which is good enough for an emergency.

But I'm going to keep my Note9 for the full 15-day post-purchase period, just in case some unexpected problems arise with my new phone. With past devices, there have sometimes been significant defects that didn't show up right away.

My kids have always loved Notes. They love being able to draw \ create animations and customize their phone to their liking. IMO it's the best phone for kids and teens especially if they are artistic. On top of the customization of Android it lets them have an imagination. iPhones just teach kids to be followers like everyone else.

I just dropped mine off today as well. Had one last look at at it then said goodbye, but I have not regrets getting this phone. I still have my Note 9 box Ill keep as a memento

Mine is going back for the $600 trade in as soon as I'm sure I've got all my stuff off it. The only phone I haven't traded in was my old BlackBerry Z30 (before going to Samsung for the S7Edge) which has all my music on it and still works great.

I sent mine back last Thursday after I had received my Note 10+ and to be honest I was fine about it even though it was a brilliant phone for me. I found it a lot harder when I sent my Note 8 back a year ago thinking had I done the right thing.
But this Note is fantastic, of course it could have been better with this and that added but I'm very happy with it and you never know, this could be a keeper, depending on the Note 11 of course 《wink wink》

I would love to hear a real life useful feature the note 10 can do that my note 8 cannot! I am looking forward to having no phone cost in a month. I just have not seen any features on the note 9, let alone the note 10, that would want me to keep paying for a phone. Convince me I am missing something big my note 8 cannot do.
