Samasung Galaxy Prime is fixed on a screen displaying End User Licence Agreement.

What do I do to make the screen move and have access to the data and the Apps? My work depends on this smartphone.
I plug it to my computers for charging or even accessing data that is on the Samsung. Could that be the reason for the obstinate blocking on the EULA screen? Can this be fixed or should I dump this Smartphone and go for another? Please advise.
 
Hi, can you let us know more info as to what the problem is? is this a works phone, did your work provide it to you and can you return it to them for a new one?
