At the end of my rope literally. So I'm trying to use Samsung Pay. I switched to Bank of America so I could use the feature because wells Fargo didn't provide it. I get my debit card and input it into samsung pay. Go to test it out it gets declined multiple times. But the physical card is fine. Tried it at vending machines(these are ones I used android pay at and worked for years) starbucks and McDonald's. All transactions come up as declined. But I use the actual card the transaction is fine. I've called Bank of America and been with every department and none of them have a clue what is going on. They see the card is there and that it is active but can't figure out why it won't take transactions. Going to talk with one of their tech people soon and try to figure it out. Has anyone else had this problem? Just joined Bank of America a week ago and already thinking about leaving so I can use this feature, which quite frankly turning out to be a major headache. Any help will do

Had that problem with US Bank and it turned out to be fraud protection had locked my card from Samsung pay even though it still worked when I used the actual card.

There is a mobile wallet section on the BoA website after logging in. Was in one of the top right menus I believe.

It will list your virtual card numbers and what they go to. At one point I was getting some declines and noticed it was inactive status on that page.

You can also remove them and start over from there. Worth a look.

I can tell you that my son has Galaxy S6 edge, and has entered three of my credit cards, one of which is my ATM, and it works great. I'm also with B of A, so there is something funky going on with your situation specifically.

Try a hard reset of your phone. After one update, it wouldn't work until both my son and I (Note5) rebooted our phone, then it worked fine....

Not sure if you tried that already.
 
update: finally used mine yesterday.

Once at Gabe's (Non NFC) worked fine! The cashier was like "what did you just do!! I thought we didn't take mobile device payments yet..i responded "bye bye lol"

also worked fine at the gas station to purchase fuel yesterday.
 
Finally got it to work last week. BOA rep told me it was something on their end. Did not give specifics. Used it at starbucks (got some looks) and used it at target. Only place it did not work was a computer that had the credit swipe attached to it
 
Tried Samsung pay. Meh.i prefer android pay.
