Question Samsun 23 ultra not receiving update

Not receiving updates on my samsung 23 ultra. I'm stuck on UI 5.1. Here is service provider info. XAA/XAA,XAA/XAU/TMB
Mode :- SM-918U
What could be the cause and solution please? Do I need to change CSC?

Did it populate your IMEI ? Hopefully you just blocked it

After it's downloaded to your computer use a program like 7zip to extract it

Okay sir. After downloading and extracting the files, what should follow?

This is the steps

There will be 4 files after you extract the firmware

BL

AP

CP

CSC

Each of those files will go in Odin when you open to the corresponding slots

Home slot don't put anything

CSC USE HOME CSC FIILE TO SAVE DATA /THIS ONLY GOING BETWEEN CARRIER FIRMWARE OR IF YOUR ON UNLOCKED GOING BETWEEN UNLOCKED FIRMWARE

If you going from carrier to unlock firmware keep regular CSC not home CSC and do a back up it will factory reset the device.

connect your phone with cable to computer , once the files are in its slots hit start, once done you'll see pass in Odin and it will reboot

*Make sure you put phone in download mode
*If dont see your phone connected in Odin change cables or ports in computer .
*Never disconnect the cable in middle of flashing.

Successfully done. Wow! Thank you so much. Now on UI 6.1 lastly sir, can I change the CSC from XAA to either THL or INL? So I can enable call recording?

I don't know those CSC codes , you can use TMB
