Samsung $25 bonus credit

Anyone get an email from Samsung getting a $25 bonus credit for reserving the S20?

I got the email yesterday - I went to pre-order the S20+ and I saw I had $175 for "free" stuff. I added a few extra things and decided to remove a case - and the bonus $25 disappeared. I attempted to chat with Samsung but the rep didn't have a clue.

I was able to use mine successfully! Nice little perk....for $870 I got a 128 Ultra, three cases (Flip, LED and Silicon) and new earbuds (white)......trading in my Note 10+ for all that.....I'm happy!

Yes, it is tricky if you select a accessory then un click it if you want to choose a different one...it got so bad for me, I just cleared everything and started over again and got all i was supposed to get. Some accessories must not be actually available and choosing them caused errors to occur...but got it all done eventually....

How is it that during the "reservation" period, my Pixel 3 was worth $300, and now it's mysteriously $200? And what was the point of the reservation? It wasn't saved, unless I missed something.
