Samsung 3rd Party Phone App Policy Changes?

Does anyone have any idea if Samsung is planning on changing it's 3rd party phone app policies? Right now it will not allow use of my S20 Ultra's telephoto feature by those apps. It also won't allow other apps to shoot video at over 30FPS.

Or, if Samsung will add a feature to it's native camera app that will allow photos to be given a custom file name prefix and saved in other folders than DCIM? This in itself would help.
