Samsung 4s dont do nothing

Hearing and impaired talk back creen dont do nothi g want to take off phone samsing galaxy 4s

The 4S is an iPhone, Samsung made an S4 - totally different.

If it's an S4, you have to tap a function to select it (and the phone will tell you what it is), then tap it again to use it. You want to go into Settings, then into Accessibility, then turn the two settings off. Remember, tap something, then after it tells you what it is, tap it again.
