Samsung A3 phone updates with wifi only

I didn't had much mobile date before, and I somehow made it that software updates update only with wifi. Now I have a lot of mobile data and I would like to know how to change it back. That software updates on a phone downloads with mobile data too.

Some phones you can do both WiFi and data , others you can't

My Samsung galaxy A3 2016 is updating software updates with wifi only. How can I change that it is updating with mobile data too?
