Samsung A41 won't connect to Windows 11 PC

[Android Central Question]

I have tried all the suggestions that I found on Google. My Samsing A51 will connect but not the A41. It doesn't show on Internet Explorer, it doesn't show on Poratble Devices and no option appears on the phone to transfer phones. I thought I might use Blue Tooth instead but although the phone finds my PC it won't "pair"

Have you tried a different USB port on your PC? What about a different data cable?
