Samsung A8 Delivery Report Status

[Android Central Question]

I recently turned on the delivery report in my samsung A8. All text fives a status of "Received" except one text that I sent. it has the status "Requested". I would like to know what it means. Can it also means that the recipient has read my message but does nit want me to know it is read?
