Was trying to back up my notes and discovered that I was logged out of my Samsung account overnight and cannot sign back in. Every time I sign in, tried both through Google and entering email and both lead me to accepting the ToS and Passkey and immediately signs me out afterwards and I get the notification "to continue using services securely, sign in again". I've tried removing my Samsung account, but it asks to sign in again, which I can't. I've tried restarting my phone, clearing various app caches, booting in safe mode, and uninstalling updates on the Samsung Account app. Another issue that started as of today is the "DAQ service stopped responding" messages and the "Customization service stopped responding" messages. Nothing has worked unfortunately and I really don't want to lose any data on my notes, calendar, and some apps.

I haven't installed any new apps or downloaded any new files in the last couple of months, and have kept my phone up-to-date on all security updates and the like.

I would normally suggest a factory reset, but I'm not sure how much of your Samsung data is backed up to your cloud and would then be restored once you successfully logged back in. You may want to try requesting help using the Samsung Members app.

unfortunately I can't request help on the Samsung Members app either because of the same log-in loop
