Samsung Apps need updated - how?

Every morning when I turn my phone on - in my notification bar is a Samsung specific icon saying X number of apps need updated. But I don't have a clue how to go about updating them. When I click on the notification - it just disappears and nothing happens. I've nosed around in all the Samsung apps and I'm not seeing anything obvious as to what exactly needs updated.

Can anyone tell me where I should be looking for this mysterious update?

Open the Play Store and see what Apps need to be updated. If you don't have updates and are still getting that alert consider taking a screen shot to post for others to see to better help you.

I had the same problem, which started with one of the updates awhile back. See my reply in the thread STSVA linked to: turn off the Samsung Updates app in Application manager.

Go into Applications and open Samsung Hub.
That's where you'll find the Samsung apps that need updating.

You can avoid getting this notification by setting the apps to automatically update.

Thanks all for the replies - that's what my issue was. Got it sorted now. Take care!
