Samsung Apps wrong language

I ALSO HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHICH WAS STRANGE
As I had been back from Spain 4 weeks
However I suggest you use google translate app which will help you get into your facebook app
Then when into Facebook and they are asking questions you can answer in whatever language is there after achieving to get in your account go into settings check the language you want to use --- facebook will say hold on a minute while we check then everything will go back to normal but ive got to say I did this and achieved what I wanted but its puzzling why it took 4 weeks i use my Samsung tablet every day why did it not change the day I landed at Heathrow LOL

I contacted the samsung support team and they replied as below

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

The language of Samsung Apps is based on the country of origin of the SIM card and on the IP of the Wi-Fi connection. If you moved in Kuweit and you didn't change the SIM card, you see Arabic because of the IP of the Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately there is no way of changing these settings. The language will change when you go back to your country.

Oh yes it's on! I'm currently in Slovakia and the apps are in Slovak and the phone in English. This is just unbelievable...

I am having this problem. I am living in China, and don't speak Chinese. Companies that can't handle complexity should not do software.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using a device that you bought in China, intended for the Chinese market? The firmware for a device like that is typically set to be in Chinese. Is it only the Samsung apps, or is it the system menu? Which device do you have? You posted in a pretty old thread about a very old device, so I'm guessing you don't have the original Galaxy Tab 8.9.

I have imported my samsung note 8 from Hongkong via amaysim platform to australia. I have been living and using australia cellular network and wifi from past 2 years. All the samsung apps that i download in australia are in Thai language. It is very anaoying and cannot understand a bit.
Is there any solution to fix this

It's 2024 and this is still an issue. When I travel I get a notification "Updated terms" which is in the foreign language. As well as my galaxy store apps become a foreign language.
