AT&T here so haven't got the 4.1 update yet but I just noticed the update pushed to my phone when I went to check on my phone earlier. Don't really notice any difference so far.

Yeah you might not notice a difference with the biometrics because after the update that's when the fingerprint scanner was given issues so you won't experience those issues at all since you essentially have the update before 4.1.

I didn't experience issue after the 4.1 update. I got the "fix" yesterday and noticed how much faster the FP reads. Nice.

Are you using a screen protector? I was using a screen protector and it drastically helped improve the readings.
