Samsung Calendar Not Saving Events I Added Today

And, of course, they aren't synced to my husband's phone calendar or my Google calendar on the desktop. If I add the event via Google calendar online, it syncs to my phone's Samsung Calendar. I've cleared the phone's cache. This has been working perfectly for a year and a half. Any advice? I don't want to use the Google Calendar on my phone.

OK, if all of the sudden your Samsung Calendar was unable to add events, what steps would you take to try to fix it? I've cleared the system cache.
