Samsung Care+ Contract on S20 Ultra: How to cancel now that S21 Ultra is coming?

i have the Samsung Care+ monthly fee contract on my current S20 Ultra.

well, since i am trading this in in around 10 days' time for the S21 Ultra, i won't need to pay this monthly fee for my S20 Ultra anymore. except that i have it on auto-debit.

how are we supposed to cancel that contract? thanks in advance.

Google samsung care+ number and cancel it. It's thru assurion, but you have to call the samsung care+ one.

Should be there in My Account on Shop Samsung for heaven's sake. Take a page and copy Apple Care+.

you'd think that there are simpler ways to cancel this contract on a phone that we're trading in!! why would we wish to continue this contract when we turn the phone in and no longer own/have the phone already? strange they don't have a superior method to cancel. frustrating.

Is this the number you called? Don't call samsung direct.

I know when I canceled they answered the phone as assurion and there was no issues cancelling.

you would think that they would know but who knows if they would!

The phone call was garbled and person had a thick accent that made it worse. I’d prefer online, without having to speak to anyone. It’s not very efficient method. I’ve had trouble too after a couple surgeries.

My experiences with AT&T where it should be a simple Q&A have usually taken an hour+ and not always satisfactory resolution, such that I have refused to buy thru them.
