samsung cloud backup

is there a issue with automatically backup 24 hours over wifi with samsung cloud app even with app roaming is turn on and its not doing the job?

it only did it after smart switch old phone s20 plus to s25 plus on new phone back on 5th i manually backup back on 21st <-it hasn't done automatically backup since

i assumed there some sort of bug eh i don't know

i do see just like device care when i click on samsung cloud battery i see its stuck on unrestricted and can't optimize in samsung cloud assistant however its optimize
still think i need to go by at and t sometime this coming up week something ain't right

i actually think whatever that guy did on my phone so called smart switch back 6th when i actually did it on 5th by myself last month he mess some stuff up besides removing sd card and activated esim<-still not sure why i don't know

i wonder if by design at and t s25 phones device care and samsung cloud apps are supposed to be unrestricted and optimize/restricted options are bubble out





as far as samsung cloud why it has never automatically backup on its own since 5th after i smart switch on 5th and haven't don it since am not sure


it didn't do nothing after that guy smart switch the next day and removed esim it remain the same of course i never had that auto roaming turn on which i did back on 21 after i manually backup



1 thing for sure since my mom done with her operation past weds and since at and t do have s25 phones in stores i'm going to go over there 1 day this week compare see what samsung cloud app saids and device care





will mention how come verzion folks can optimize and unrestricted option battery device care besides green icon mine shield icon what version


also will talk about why samsung cloud despite auto roaming is turn on why don't automatically backup itself like it should why have to manually back up





will mention as well both what appcloud wanted to do when i 1st got phone for a few days wanting to install apps and games by itself and me disable turn off/block notifications <-as well as that pesky sorry at and t cloud app which i decided not be notify backup and optimize for the 3rd time i also disable turn off/block notifications


will get this sorted out for good and will not have to talk about this anymore meh

i'm just so tired of chatting with at and t sometimes about these minor issues don't understand and calling them never helps its time to go to store ya know

is this might be reason why samsung cloud not backing up like it should​

do i need to actually turn that on then it should work again it seems having auto backup while roaming don't work when its turn on i saw this under looking for something else click on samsung so don't know what to do it show wifi​

that's sorry if that is the case i have never heard this before even when i had s20 plus i always put it on always on display when charge phone granted verizon disable samsung cloud but still

all there is that auto roaming turn on or off?



i pretty much doubt that by turning always on display off will fixed automatically back up data 24 hours anyways i don't know why that person said that anyways
