Samsung cloud data

Hi, I've searched all over but I can't find an answer to this. On my Samsung cloud, I have an option 'Other phone data'. Within this is Calendar - Contacts - Keyboard Data - Memo - Samsung Internet. Calendar and Contacts is empty. The remaining three have data saved in them. There is no option to restore them nor delete them. I can only turn off the sync. How do I access these? If I go to 'Backup and Restore' on my Samsung cloud account, there's no option to restore the last three, which are the only ones containing data.

I have around 1000 contacts in the other phone data. What exactly do you mean my individual apps.

Your help in retrieving these would be highly appreciated.
