Does AT@T have Samsung cloud on their software?
I don't seem to be able to find it?

I'm not on AT&T but it should be under settings > cloud and accounts.

Go to the section where backup and reset is. There you will find samsung and Google backup options. You can configure Samsung options from there.

I don't think that's Samsung Cloud on the AT&T Note 7 because there is no option in the menu above to backup apps and app data. Samsung Cloud supposedly has full app and app data backup.

Is samsung cloud just not on the note 7 for ATT phones? If that is the case, how do people backup their phones? I am coming over from an iphone and I am use to the iclould backup. Is there another alternative for me to backup my phone, especially my settings, apps, screen layout, etc. I am not too worried about my photos since they are being backuped to Google Photos.. but how do you backup your phone setting and app downloads? It took me, and still is taking me, about 4 days to fully customize my new phone the way I want it to be. In an event I need to restore, what is the best way to do it?

I don't have At&T but don't they have AT&T Locker? Alternatively you can also use Google Drive. You cant download Samsung Cloud on an AT&T Phone?

I use One Drive. I have a paid account from work and a personal.
