I am having trouble with Samsung Cloud on my s8. The back up works fine but when I try to restore the app just spins for a few seconds and closes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I have the latest version l. Anybody else having the same issue? Anybody know a fix please?

Im.not having issues , but maybe try restart the phone and see what happens.
