Samsung.com Orders

If you just download the FedEx app and set up an account, it'll automatically show you shipments that are being sent to your address.

I don't have any kind of special account or business account, just the freebie one.

Damned, FedEx just must not like me then. App, website, neither ever show anything. Even a package that was in route and delivered yesterday, showed nothing lol. The only thing that works for me is manually entering a tracking number then I can track it but otherwise, nothing. Oh well, at least they can deliver a package and knowing when a label is created isn't going to make it get here any faster, heh.
 
My authorisation on my Amex has now fallen away as it’s been several days and no charge has been made to my card.

Messaged Samsung and the live chat agent was like “no worries - it’ll be fine” but still feel nervous that it won’t work and my order will die.

This week’s gonna go sooooooo slow now..

Mine came off days ago and of course it was on the billing cycle and I paid it off, kind of hate doing that before I even received it.
in the past the label has never been printed as fast as this order has.
 
I just checked and my order has remained the same except for the earbuds; they have now dropped back to mid March. I sure hope Samsung keeps the delivery for the phone the same as stated when purchased. I went through ordering BS with google and the Pixel 6 and after two attempts moved on.
 
I would have gone that route it's just a T-Mobile one was like $100 cheaper but right now everything looks like it's delayed until the end of March beginning of April

So the Amazon unlocked would be the same price as a Tmobile version from Samsung.com

Also with Amazon you can have the phone sent to an Amazon locker so no need to worry about having to stay home from work or missing the delivery.

Also, the samsung.com estimated dates are just that. I suspect the phone that are saying late March will show up in early March in stock.

It always seems Best Buy and Amazon always have much better stock of phones than Samsung.com
 
My Credit Card was charged yesterday, so things are really moving along.

Delivery still is expected 2/25.

That is a pre charger. That will fall off in a few days then when it ships the card will be charged.

Edit. My pre charge fell off 3 days ago and my credit limited was adjusted back. Yesterday the official charge was just put onto my account!

Sooo, are they maybe shipping them out tonight or tomorrow for deliver this Fri??? Usually the final charge isn't charged until it rolls out. Unless they're charging them early now.

No, I know what a pre-charge is. The charge has been pending for days, it's now processed & fully charged.

They will generally always ship the phone separately from the accessories.

I don't care if they ship them in separate boxes; the date dropped from Feb 25 to March 15 for the buds. That is what is bothering me. And getting on a chat just now with their help is like discussing this situation with a tree; although I believe the tree might be more intelligent.
Reminds me of Google's help and using google and help in the same sentence is an oxymoron. And it appears, might say the same about Samsung.

my pending charge came off Friday and became a full charge then , the billing period ended also Friday night ( Chase ) It showed up
as an official charge and balance on Sunday .

In the past when pre ordering you'd get the pending charge on there for a few days. It would then drop off and then when the phone ships the final charge showed up when the phone left the warehouse.

The pending charge is to make sure the credit card works.

Yes, I'm familiar with how pending charge works. But the charge is not pending and shows as a charge.

Mine did too as of last night! So that's why I was getting excited hoping they would ship a week early and we'd get it like this Friday! Usually the actual charge showed up when the phones shipped.

I ordered two. One on launch day and One the following day. The one that I ordered on launch day was authorised and then charged fully a few days later, the one that I ordered the next day was pending and has not been charged but the authorisation has now dropped away
 
My cancellation button is gone now, but I don't have anything in my Fedex app yet. Hopefully, I'll see something tomorrow. I ordered on 9 February.
 
The shipping label has been created for me but I can't edit the shipping details yet on FedEx. Shows delivery by 2-22. The box is 9x4x6 which indicates that it's probably just the phone. It's only 2lbs.
