Samsung.com Orders

You sign up for FedEx and if you get the phone shipped to a residential address the tracking info should populate if you add your home address. It doesn't work with businesses. Not sure about condo addresses.

That's why I can't share in the shipping label festivities. Mine is coming to my office. I'm celebrating with y'all though!
 
Kinda wished I could of added the Tab S8 Ultra. Too bad they didnt allow backorders. Looks like its in stock again :/


Is the free keyboard a pre-order only bonus? So there's a chance we can get it later (when the eCertificate shows up)?

And looks like my Tab A 2010 nets a $250 trade-in. Hopefully that too stays after the release.

Can you cancel and reorder since it's available to order again?

Also, Tab A 2010????? Is that a tablet that came out in 2010? And they're giving $250? Samsung? I must be reading this wrong. lol

They were going to give me peanuts for my Tab S7+ so I decided to keep it instead.
 
You can as long as it shows stock for the config you want. I did it 3 times so far.
 
Got my order in @ 9:30 am during the presentation with immediate confirmation and I may have jinxed myself with such an early order.... I had this happen a previous year.

22U 1TB white still sitting with cancel button with "PREORDER" and "FASTER" under it with Feb 25 yet. Lets hope this means overnight and they just wont process until its ready to roll out the door.

What does the faster mean?
My cancel button disappeared Thursday of last week and my card was charged Friday night.

If you have an account with Fedex you can track using your order number. If Samsung created a label you can track with your order number. I have both my s8 Ultra and s22 ultra ship to my job, you have to go to the reference number and put your order number there.
 
From what I have learned from two chats; they did not know what it stood for. To mean, it means it is better to see fastest than slowest. However, I wonder if they really mean slowest. My info had not changed except for the earbuds being pushed by three weeks.

Just checked, the other day buds went from Feb 25 to March 15; today March 22. This is starting to remind me of my attempt to order a Pixel 6 pro a few months ago. They give you a date then they screw around and push it further back and back, until I got upset and cancelled.

And talking with the morons on the chat line is an exercise in futility.

Just for extra information, not only did the S22U show up in Fedex, but my Tab S8+ went from 4/1 to 2/25 expected delivery (ordered 2/15).

Ok So I was able to FINALLY fix my FedEx account from totally not working!~ So, my home address can be written down multiple ways and work, example; Rt 100, Route 100, US-HIGHWAY 100, etc.etc. So what I did is delete my address on FedEx and put it in exactly like it says on the Samsung website and then add in all of my alternate shipping addresses like I can write them alternatively (same physical address just written a different way) and BINGO! Shipping label showed up right away when I clicked update! Hope this helps others not seeing their shipping label or FedEx not working for them!


So I now have a label with a shipping date of 2/18 and delivery of 2/22 just like most others. I ordered 2/9 late afternoon, early evening at near the end of the site being totally crashed out. I think for 'fairness' sake, orders should be fulfilled in the order that they're made, first come, first serve. :confused: I'm sorta off work for the winter, but part time here and there. If I'm called in on delivery day I think I'm just going to take a sick day lol. :cool: :-!

Also, box dimensions is 10x5x8 in and weight is 5 lbs / 2.27 kgs so it looks like the Tab Ultra is coming all in the same box.
 
I'm hoping the s8 ultra changes from Mar 8th to Feb 25th. I'm not too worried though as long as the phone shows up on time. I'll have 2 weeks to dedicate to the new phone before the tab arrives. Just wish I would've upgraded to the 256gb tab for the 12gb of ram. Didn't realize that was an option when I placed my order and didn't want to cancel and risk a later delivery.

They only wanted to give me $100 for my Tab S6 so I was like, for $100 I'll keep it for a spare/flying my drones, etc... :-!

All three of my items that I have coming (Phone, Tablet, Tablet Keyboard) all show expected delivery by the 25th on Samsung.com, cancel button gone, status "In Process/Faster". I already got the phone case the other day but I ordered that separately after the fact since the website kept taking it out of my cart when trying to place the order.
 
I just got off the phone with Samsung. Good thing is, there is basically no wait. They make the call back almost immediately. Bad thing, she told me the phone has been put back one day from the 25th to the 26th. Since FedEx does not deliver out here on Saturdays, that is basically the 28th. I informed her, if not here by the 28th, delivery will be refused.
Time for me to start shopping for a phone again.

You're not gonna believe this, because I don't even! Tracking is there. They must have needed your permission to grant me access. Or I was doing it wrong? I've been tracking phones every year for a while now. Idk, whatever. Thank you! ;-)

Agreed! I'm not in this time since my S21 Ultra and Tab 7+ are exceptional but I come over here a couple of times a day to watch the angst coupled with good info and bad info. Good stuff, keep it up everyone! 😅😅
