Samsung.com Orders

Mine was spinning & I started over a few times. When it finally made it to checkout, I had 3 of everything. When I tried to edit the cart, it began spinning again.

I thought I'd better stop the app & clear the cache. I started over & I am just spinning againt.

Not my finest moment. :(

Now it doesn't even let you sign into your account. Reverts you back to the home page and not signed in.

Well, it gets worse for me, I accidentally closed the app so starting over...again. I have lost count...

I think my Husband is planning on going to Best Buy.
 
I used Rakuten @ 12%. Money already added to account but only $10..should be closer to $60. Anyone else get similar? ($499*12%) after trade in price.

If you read it says UP TO 12% so that could be anywhere between .01 and 59.88.

And cannot find out exactly what up to means on the site. I was going to go with them, but the small print is just to ambiguous. Besides, samsung's site totally sucks,.

On the Rakuten app it specifically says 12% cash back for phones.
 
This..this why varies, but phones def say 12%. I already submitted support.

Please make a screen print of that 12% for phones! It would be appreciated since all I can find is this: UP TO 12% under the Samsung link to Samsung's site.

If no guaranteed 12% back, not worth going through the Samsung (screwed up) site. I'll just wait and maybe order someday in the future when Amazon drops the price.

my problem on samsung.com is that the shopping cart is often empty! even if i try to put another phone into it, it spins and spins and after a LONG time, finally says: nothing in shopping cart

also, even if i could get to the check out page, where i input my credit card number, it won't accept the credit card number and it simply times out or fails.

awful. this is more than 4 hours later!

How these billion dollar companies can't plan ahead for a large scale preorder phase always amazes me.

Yep. not even the iToy is like this when ordering. I remember back in 2016 I was so close to ordering an iphone 7 Plus to replace the Note 7. On the day of launch I logged on and was at the checkout screen ready to order but decided to stick with Android! Website didn't run slow at all! Was smooth.

So in the UK did you get a large Samsung credit AND Buds pro for free? or did you buy the Buds Pro with the Samsung credit?

JUst curious, because there were rumors that we would get buds pro plus 200 samsung credit for the preorder.

In the US we got free storage upgrade ($100) Samsung Store credit ($200 + $50 for the reserve preorder), no Buds pro on top of that like it was rumored. I'm not complaining, I would rather have the storage upgrade anyway instead of the Buds as my original Buds still work just fine.
