Samsung.com Orders

My Husband & my phones went out for delivery at 8:50am.

Not sure when they left the last FedEx location which was 70 miles away. The scans have been a little sparse.

I’ve got the same thing. Was due to be shipped tomorrow but says expected today between 12-4 but shows it’s still in Texas.
Its crazy lol
I talked to FedEx they say it in jersey for delivery today by 4pm so lets see i don't have much faith lol

Exactly same for me! I don't understand it. Still says expected by 8 today like it has since Sunday but hasn't moved from Irving TX

Mine is scheduled for delivery today, but there haven't been any scans since Sunday 2/20 in Irving TX

I chatted with FedEx on Twitter. They said it's delayed due to a cargo plane being late and that it won't arrive until tomorrow. Of course the website hasn't changed.

So basically the Sunday pick up crew in Irving, TX has experienced some type of Manifest disappearance.

Recieved mine.

Did not sign, but they would not have left it if I wasn't home according to driver

Got my phone. No tablet! Had to deal with the nightmare that is Samsung support. They're refunding me the price and going to email me a promo code so I can reorder it at the discounted price. Just don't understand how something like this could happen.

How long after the cancel button disappeared did you guys get a shipping label created?

This morning the cancel button disappeared and the pending charge showed back up on my credit card. However the estimated delivery date went from February 25th to March 4th.

Any chance my shipping label gets created today or tomorrow and I still get my phone on Friday?

And now the FedEx runaround begins. Now they're telling me it's still in Texas, after confirming twice this morning that it has shipped out to California.

??????
