My cancel button disappeared the day a label for shipment was sent to FedEx.

Finally received a box from Samsung with an actual S22 Ultra 512GB Green phone inside today!!!!

FedEx tried to deliver at 8:14 am today but I was out of town. Mamage delivery options were not available per Samsung guidelines I guess. Hated not being here, but nothing I could do beyond waiting another day.

Got home around 5:30 pm, however, and there was a voice mail from the FedEx driver. They said I could call them (on their personal cell phone) and if they were still out they would come back by today. Yes, that really happened. So I called and she swung back back, handing my box with phone included to me at 6:14 pm. Was very impressed by that!

I checked to be sure S22U was there before she left given my experience on 2/19 with no phone in package. Happy to have phone in hand and sure hope the rest of youbwaiting get yours soon too!

Hopefully mine will be delivered on 3/24 as expected.

Glad you finally got it. I know this has been a frustrating experience for you. Kudos to the FedEx driver. That was an awesome gesture.
 
Aaannnndd my date now says April 5th delivery date even after getting an email yesterday the order was on time for 3/25. At this point I'm just going to stop looking and if it arrives it arrives. The level of frustration I have with this entire process is way too high for a cell phone purchase.

I need to stop looking as well. Mine has always said delivery by 3/24.but today is 22nd. Cancel button still there. Still says processing. No emails no charge no tracking. So frustrating.

FWIW, Samsung is always behind on updating the website. I was told my order was delayed according to the website, on the day it was delivered.

The website says 4/5 but the shop Samsung app still shows delivery of 3/25 with a cancel button present. I assumed the site updated first but maybe that's not the case.
 
I noticed this morning that Samsung charged my bank account on March 19th. At what point will I see some movement? I remember a few weeks ago on a web chat that Samsung said that they will only charge me after they ship my order. I'm going to try to chat with them again tonight and see what they have to say about that.
 
I will never order from Samsung direct ever again.Just yesterday E commerce told me my s22 ultra tmobile white would ship on schedule as due for delivery 3/24.I have not received any emails,or other notifications regarding my order ,As I check my acct daily as of 2 hrs ago still sais delivery by 3/24 online app sais as usual delivery week of 3/23 .

now i checked my acct online this evening to see if cancel button still there or any track info .yes cancel still there and now says delivery april 18th .this is not an exclusive color i cancelled that order because samsung could not say when skyblue would deliver .This white one i ordered from samsung 3/8/22.now they have no unlock phone available and its not like I can purchase 512 gb from t mobile or bestbuy because neither has stock .

I am trying to contact e commerce but cant get thru
 
So finally got through to E commerce .so they are sorry but my phone will arrive anytime between 3/24 and all of April. I am sick of these delays.
 
So I was able to buy a S22 ultra unlocked which is what I wanted originally thru best buy. I pd more because they only give 450 for my trade in. But it's OK. Ready for pickup in my local store 3/29/22.
 
Not gonna lie, it's tempting to order from Best Buy too. They also have the version I'm waiting for but of course for a higher price than what I paid at samsung.
 
It's worth it for me at this point to go thru BB. I have had 2 orders on Samsung Direct. They have screwed up my delivery this whole time since preorder 2/9/22.first was unlocked, then after telling me would not deliver till April. I changed to t mobile because Samsung was out of unlocked. Samsung E commerce is so unhelpful. And say sorry if you want phone you have to wait.So I canceled this second order.

I can wait till next Tues for BB

If something happens at BB. Then I will take the hint and wait to upgrade till 2023.
