Word of caution. Samsung Exclusive Colors take longer to ship. 3 to 4 weeks. I ordered and the expected delivery date is March 3rd. The standard colors (Burgundy, White, Black, Green) will be delivered by Feb 25.

That's a good turn around time. Use to be 6 weeks or longer.

Yes I got 250 credit. Didn't have to wait for an email from samsung. I was already signed in and the email on my account matches the email i used to reserve preporder

It's mental over here in the UK, took nearly 40 minutes to get to the payment screen, then at the next screen I added a Protective standing cover then hit continue and I was placed in another queue of over 5000!

That's why I will just order tomorrow morning. Still should get it by release day.

If I go to Samsung with a browser and signed into my Samsung account, it's only offering $200 credit, but the Samsung app is showing $250 credit. Since I'm signed in on the app and the site, I'm not sure if the extra $50 on the app is for the reserve credit.

Also note, base model 128 GB ultra only comes with 8 GB RAM. Probably a moot point if buying from samsung.com since you get free upgrade to 256 GB model at the price of 128 GB model. But keep that in mind if you are thinking of ordering base model

so if I order 256, I can get upgrade to 512?

Am on website now and checkout is taking awhile. Overloaded I guess. Going for the Ultra this year in Burgundy. I only saw $200 credit. Ugh, I waited 10 min to get to checkout and now telling me unable to process and I have to start over.

Back at checkout page and just spinning and spinning. Not getting a good feeling. I still saw the trade-in options but only saw $200 credit. They harassed me endlessly prior to launch to pre-register and now I don't even get the extra $50. Like someone else said, Sammy being Sammy. Sigh ....

I called Samsung to ask about the $50 "extra" credit for pre-registering and he said it would show up somewhere else but I don't see that at all. He also sent me a link that is not supposed to time out during the ordering process but that didn't work. Still spinning and then nothing.

For folks that did get through the ordering process, did you see the option to pay one time extra $$ to bring your monthly device payment down with carrier financing? Just curious if that is still an option.
