Delay #4, now March 17. They wouldn’t let my cancel it the other day as it’s “in process” and once it’s in this status they can’t change it. Clearly it’s not in process as they keep changing it over and over.

I am about tired of Samsung. I ordered on Feb 11th, Blue 512gb. Got an email on Friday saying expected shipping on March 21. Good, thsn received an email yesterday Saturday saying delayed again with no expected date. They are ridic now. I was patiently waiting but now they are just plain annoying.

Well it keeps getting better now they are saying my order is delayed for over 30 days and I can cxl if I want to. This is nasty now.
 
I did email the rep contact. They did give me $25.00 credit to use on the site. They wouldn't give me the 5% credit off the bill. I think that's because my Sky Blue 512 model had already shipped. My original estimated date was March 8th and they shipped out the phone on the 11th 3 days later then expected. So I'm lucky I even got the $25.00 to use. My phone is suppose to come on March 15th Tuesday...
 
My new order still says backordered for 3/25 delivery. Green 512 unlocked.

My frustration comes from the first order that was cancelled by Samsung. I used the affirm payment option and the loan still shows open even though the order was cancelled 3/1. I talked to Samsung today and they gave me 3 different answers in the same call. They said Verizon was the issue and that's why it was cancelled and they refunded my cc (which I didn't use). Then they said the order wasn't cancelled at all and I explained I received and email that it was in fact cancelled 2 weeks ago. Then they said the affirm loan was the problem and to call them. I've already made one payment for an order that never went through so I'm pretty upset about that part of it. I opened a case with affirm today to dispute the charges and sent the cancellation email to them. Hopefully I get it resolved this week as the next payment is due 3/17. What a headache.

So sorry for all your issues to get phone.I have ordered from Samsung direct for several years .But this year is ridiculous.good luck I hope it all gets resolved for you.

Well I spoke with several people at e commerce today in regards to my new order placed 3/8 for T-Mobile white s22 ultra 512gb.I had cancelled my order for skyblue because they could not say when it would ship.on shop Samsung app my white says backordered but still has date of delivery 3/24.on Samsung direct says processing for delivery 3/24 but does not say backordered.

So,anyway the e-commerce cs says my order is good for white ultra and is all set for delivery by 3/24 she says may come sooner.She says it’s not backordered.and is on schedule.

I got one of those emails also but it was after my phone had already shipped. I figured it must have meant my watch but that's shipped also. Now I'm assuming its just an email that you get when the item you ordered comes more than 30 days after you ordered it. Its coming don't cancel it.
 
I got another email today that my order is still on track for 3/25 delivery for my 512 unlocked green. Getting a little freaked out with the amount of trade in boxes showing up empty to Samsung in the other threads.

In other news I finally got the affirm loan cancelled from the 1st order that Samsung cancelled and will be getting a credit for the payments I made in the next few days. I also stopped at best buy yesterday and talked to a salesperson that usually helps me with preorders. She said almost all of the preorders had issues and most people still don't have their phones. They only had a couple 128's in stock and were still waiting for all other variants and carrier models. Sounded like a lot of people were contemplating going iphone based on the negative experience.
 
I really need to stop checking up on my order it's driving me crazy to see everyone in here getting shipping notices and I've haven't seen any progress. It's fast approaching 1 month since I pre-orderd this and I'm starting to get jealous of everyone who already got theirs already. When can I expect some kind of movement in my order? April 8th is just around the corner.

Lol I feel ya. It's like I got an awesome fold 3 to play with while I wait but man that sky blue is hard to resist lol. I hope we see some movement soon. I'm April 8th as well. Maybe the next batch hopefully.
 
No updates yet on my white s22ultra still has cancel button. Still says delivery by 3/24.will believe it when I see it. This is my second order
